Zakhara had gotten lucky, and several of her aides and assistants had been moved in to the station, leaving her with a lot less menial tasks to perform. Ever since her visit with the Counselor, she'd been in better spirits. She'd even reported back to her quarters and bathed, before insisting a bright red hue be put into her hair. She thought the color suited her well, and she smiled at her own reflection in the mirror. Maybe moving on wasn't such a bad thing after all.
She flipped through the list of appointments she had on a padd sitting before her, and found that there wasn't too much for her to do. It wasn't as though visiting dignitaries really showed up at incomplete stations often, and the rest of her responsibilities had been handled earlier in the day. She sensed that her free time was going to be at a premium once the station was fully constructed, and she vowed to make the most of what little time she had for the moment. Then, she remembered what had been on her to do list that she'd somehow managed to forget to do - meet the stations Governor. She knew that Etheron had placed a lot of hope in the man, although from what little she'd garnered from afar, she couldn't fathom why. It was reason enough for further investigation. Having him under her control would make her agenda of someday reasserting Etimon's independence far easier.
Walking to the computer console, she hit a few buttons quickly, before sighing in exasperation. Federation computer systems were so very awkward sometimes. Then, she remembed it worked off of verbal command as well. She cleared her throat, speaking a bit more primly that she normally would. "Zakhara to Governor Tazer. Would it be possible for us to meet up? I fear we haven't yet had the chance to meet." There was a bit of a pout in the latter statement, hoping that she could appeal to his innate male sensibilities.
