Robin nodded to Reesa as she went to get dressed. He then entered the shuttlebay, asking for a report of the Juliet's current condition. The core was still fried, damage to the shield emitters which was understandable and a few minor hull stresses from the phaser fire. Making his way to the runabout in question, Robin ran a hand across the hull. For a moment he was reminded of a memory, he couldn't help but smile and his eyes instinctively went to the catwalk.
That was a tour he was never going to forget, it was a good thing Kinin hadn't been there. Robin sighed, he hadn't seen anyone from there in a long while. Though Liz had been there, he wondered if she still remembered that embarrasing incident, he hoped not.
Robin moved around, entering the empty cockpit but he could hear some chatter in the back where the engineers were most likely taking a look at that power core. Opening the kit he had brought in with him from storage, Robin began scanning the consoles. Even when they got Juliet operation, one wrong broken circuit could stop the whole thing from working. He wanted to make sure they paid attention to the small detail as well as the main priority.
The tricorder found something and Robin didn't hesitate to get under the console and remove the panel. It wasn't as if he was actually going to touch anything, he just wanted to see the issue physically. Not that he felt he was incompetent of handling some minor engineering tasks, especially on a shuttle.
"Not so bad..." Robin muttered although the wiring looked somewhat sloppy.
