While darting off of the bridge, Emmarie managed to see Reesa backhand Robin out of the corner of her eye, and it almost caused her to stop and check on Robin. But then she realized that Robin was a big boy, and that stopping was only going to cause her to take longer to get to the turbolift. She saw an ensign jump to Robin's defense though, and she laughed a bit. It was almost worth it to stick around just to see an all-out Ensign brawl. Then again, that would really make her late to get down to the planet, and she really, really didn't want to disappoint their hosts. She debated sending a message off to Hunter about the Away Team mission, but stopped herself. She still had no clue what his status with Georgia was, or how he was handling that situation. She wasn't about to get all clingy on him and push herself into his life. Once in the Turbolift, she announced "Transporter room one!"
"Wait for me!"
Emmarie stuck her hand in the door to prevent it from whooshing shut, and smiled at Adam. "This is going to be so much fun!" She exclaimed happily. She removed her hand. If anyone else wanted a trip down, they could catch the next lift. She had places to get to!
"Can this thing go any faster?!"
"Well, yeah," Emmarie said. Turbolifts rarely ran at their full speed. It wasn't really efficient for power consumption. She was about to do an emergency override, but then caught herself. "By the time I'd do it, we'd already be there." True to her words, the doors opened. It was then that Emmarie realized that she hadn't sent down the coordinates to the transporter team. No problem, though. "Hey, we're supposed to beam down to the planet," she said. "Can you triangulate based on where the transmission we just received came from?"
