Bruce watched the conversation between the Mae and Liz, it seemed they would be staying and honestly, he wouldn't have it any other way. With the mention of the generators, his concentration was brought back to the parts as he began to assemble one from two different pieces. However he couldn't help but look up at the blasting sounds of weapon fire that hailed onto Juliet's shielding.
Then a load of Mae began pouring into the room, Bruce felt sorry for them, he really did but, if they were to survive this, it would all get better, for the most part. The scars won't go away, but they would deal with that in time. At least the children would still have that childhood, he hoped, something he had missed out on when he was younger.
"Can you do without Splint? I could use an extra pair of hands."
Bruce blinked, looking at the blue woman. Personally if he was Liz he would have said no, the shield generators would be powerless without the main generator to power them. He gave a look at the pile of parts, it shouldn't take too long for Georgia and Liz to put them together.
After Liz's confirmation which surprised him, he gave Hann a nod and got up. "Make sure to put that valve on last," He directed towards the two other operations officers. Grabbing his tricorder and his kit he darted off behind Hann.
"Can you salvage anything from the shield generator?"
"We better, as nice as the ceiling looks, I don't wanna chew on it to get out." Bruce said, coming to a halt, giving the generators some scans. "They're not too bad, except that one on the far right, looks like it's overheated."
"The two shield generators should be enough to hold the whole complex for a while as we replace the third one." He said, approaching one of them and crouching down beside it. Using the necesseary tools, he pried off a large panel and slowly reached into it with another tool.
"We need smaller tools..." He muttered as began manipulating some of the innards of the machine.
