They needed a plan.
"We're not assisting," Bruce said, "Why would we help these low lifes?"
Well, it was a plan. Perhaps not a very good one but it was a plan. With Splint distracting the Mehtak, Lazbara reached slowly for her phaser. Crouched down and with her back to the enemies, she hoped they'd see nothing. Swiveling around on the spot like a spining top, she threw out her arm. Her finger went for the trigger but it appeared they'd expected the move. One of the soldier slapped the weapon from her hand before violently gripping her by the scruff and slamming her against the wall.
"Drop weapons, get away, up to the wall!"
The Mehtak held her against the wall, pressing her face against the artifical stonework. The uneven surface irritating her skin. She whimpered slightly but soon got a hold of herself. The Mehtak then began frisking her with his free hand - having no courtesy to avoid more intimate areas. "Oh.. I'm so going to kill you." She muttered with venom.
He just laughed and continued to grope, grip and stroke her. And just as it was getting unbearable, she heard phaser fire - and the frisking stopped. Turning, she saw Tim at the archway, shooting down the next two Mehtak. Sighing, she pulled back her heel and kicked the Mehtak in the ribcage.
"Didn't think this was the sort of party you invited guests to,"
She let out her frustration with another kick to the head.
"Got anything to tie them up with? I'm not sure how long they'll stay out for. It's not like we're well tested for weapons against their species."
"I'll find something," she responded before giving the Mehtak one final shot to the groin. "Not that I'm not grateful, sir, but he was mine." She gestured to the fallen Mehtak. "Thanks, though. I begining to feel a bit exposed." Rubbing the side of her face, she picked off a few bits of stone which had embossed her leathery skin with a few indentations. She then set about finding some rope of something of that calibre.
"Here, this'll do." She emerged from behind one of the generators, brandishing a long thick red cable. "We shouldn't be needing it."
Just then, a whirling sound could be heard surging through the artifical stone walls as the power generator came online. "We have lift off." Leaping back over to the mini-deflector, she made the last few adjustments before carrying it over to the third generator. "Splint, give me a hand." Luckily there a bit of a cavity in the generator were they could insert the dish and hook it up to the necessary receivers.
