"I don't think you are."
"But th-" A small noise escaped him as he was suddenly whipped around and restrained quicker than he would have thought possible. He grunted as he was pushed to the floor.
"I think you're the one my mother warned me about."
"Pffft," he expelled. "You're too-" A sound of protestation replaced the word he wanted to use as she pulled the towel tight around his arms.
"And just for the sake of academic rigour, does someone want to locate the other floundering lifeform in the room, before I feel obliged to effect some sort of quarantine?"
"Believe me," Hunter snorted. "From what I hear, you've set up your own mammary quarantine long ago."
"What sort of life form are we looking for?"
"Small," Hunter said. "And-"
“Hunter, I’m starting to get jealous. You don’t let me tie you up...”
"If I recall, it was the other way around." The memory made him smile, despite his obvious current circumstances. He continued to stare at the floor. All they needed now was some unsuspecting crewman to walk in and his reputation as a ladies man would be forever set in stone.
“Uh, Kathryn... I think... it’s in your bra.”
"Ha!" A smug look appeared on his down-turned face.
"Hopefully not the bite-y sort...”
"Yeah," he replied. "That wouldn't be good. Look, let me go. I'm an expert at this sort of thing. It could be a leech or something. The longer we wait, the greater chance that it could..." His voice faded away as all of the amazing ways a lifeform could be harmful flew through his head and his eyes glazed over slightly at the enormity of the possibilities. "Yeah..."
