Robin explained that the teams didn't miss any of the shuttles but Hanna, being nearly always thorough, planned to check all of the shuttles regardless. He shrugged at his comment which Hanna found somewhat curious but she quickly dismissed it.
"As for playing around with the EPS, I'll let you show me want you want to do with them and we'll go from there. Deal?"
Hanna's eyes lit up when the Lieutenant seemed willing to let her get her hands dirty. She always found monitoring things from a console a relatively tedious activity but, alas, it was part of the job. "Sounds great. I should probably finish brushing over the other shuttles before I... distract myself anyway." As the computer completed the diagnostic, she heard Jayde's voice.
"I don't know about you lot but... it's coffee time."
Coffee. Hanna always preferred raktajino to straight coffee. The "Klingon coffee" just had a more complex taste to it, despite some who compared it to oil. It was the right kind of oil for Hanna's engine, anyway.
"Well, we do have coffee here. Replicated but still good for waking up sleepy brain cells. Or dead brain cells in my case."
Hanna considered explaining the role of microglia in the brain before decidedly holding her tongue. She ruined jokes this way too often. She instead let out a light chuckle before standing up and stretching her arms overhead.
Hanna looked between Jayde. "Not a fan of coffee, myself. Raktajino, however," Hanna continued, turning a cheeky smile to Robin. "That'll revive your dead brain cells."
"The diagnostic is done, anyway, which means I am done here. I hope to see you guys around." Hanna waved, waited for a response, and then head for the door of the shuttle.
END Hanna
(Have to write myself out of threads, unfortunately. See ya guys.)
