The other man had yet to respond or rather seemed to be just plain ignoring Myles altogether in the end. Myles had received a mean ol' stare but that was pretty much all it was entailing thus far. Myles blinked and then shrugged, "Suit yaself big guy," he settled for that before moving off returning to his inspection of the place.
Myles Murphy Lynch was many things and not all of them were things that went appreciated by others but if he liked to say anything he was good at, it was keeping an eye on the little tiny details that others presumed him to have not have noticed. He smirked, people presumed too much about him and he liked that. Myles liked the expressions of surprise or being able to drop the hat at a mere flick of his tongue or action. His mind replayed the moment with the angry Klingon woman, Caroline and the other man with lots more hair than Myles' could claim to own. He found himself looking forward to testing their boundaries again, though he gave it a later additional thought to try it again once whatever was going on died down. Start from a level playing field. That was fair.
Most of what needed a little sprucing was just cosmetic things like frayed edges or surfaces that needed more than just a basic clean. It was curious the damage simple foot traffic could do. He was stood almost dead centre with his head bent, peering at the screen of his padd, which still looked ridiculous in his large bulky hands that appeared more suited for punching or hardier work styles. He peered upwards, his eyes little specks underneath his brow ridge as he watched another enter.
Myles' head tilted slightly as he watched the blonde enter, return the stare for a brief moment before settling himself. Myles grinned hopefully, perhaps this one would be able to stomach more conversation the the dark eyed moody still brooding at the table nearby. Even angry bird had given off more conversational speak whilst simultaneously threatening to put his head some place pretty. Well, there was no pleasing everybody.
He cleared his throat and he cleared it quite loudly as he moved leaving dark and mysterious where he was sat before reaching the high table in front of the colourful range of drinks available to be mixed and thrown around into a cocktail party, plus other things that one shouldn't never mix. Although, Myles had come across some funny combinations in his time. He had an order once that left eh drink smelling of rotten eggs and the person who had ordered it seemed to love it. He mentally shuddered, what had that been about.
"Stuck for choice, kid?" he said abruptly, gently dropping his padd onto the counter top as he moved round into Adam's view though Myles still kept an eye on the other people in the room as well. You had to multi-task and accommodate everyone the best one could after all. Myles couldn't exactly recall how much time he had actually given the younger man to choose something, if he was even here for a colourful beverage at all.
