It took Bob only seconds to decide to relocate from the moonbase to the new shiny station that had appeared suddenly from the mouth of the wormhole. Unfortunately, it took much longer for him to convince a pilot to give him a ride. The woman wasn't exactly happy, but with a few extra credits thrown her way, she made room for him among the boxes in the cargo hold. Bob could've sworn one of the boxes moved, but he wasn't about to ask any questions. With no windows in the hold, he regretted not waiting for another ride. The view of the new station must have been incredible from out in space, but Bob had to content himself with watching the wiggling box, just in case something decided to chew its way through and have a taste for crunchy Bob.
"Out," came the voice of the pilot once they arrived and Bob hurried past the woman, mumbling his thanks. His appendage was barely on the deck of the station as the loading ramp retracted back into the ship. Running on all six legs, Bob could feel the heat of the engines as the ship took off behind him.
"That was close," one of the workers said, shaking his head. "Where are you headed?"
"Food," Bob replied.
"Yeah...you look a little...thin."

Having become lost with awe and wonder for about an hour, Bob finally arrived at the Atrium, a suggestion from a friendly, blonde human. Human females were funny. They either thought he was the cutest thing they had ever seen, or they were utterly repulsed. There seemed to be no middle ground. This one, though, was the former. She had even invited him to some sort of party later in the day and her contact information was safely stored in the tiny PADD Bob carried in one of the pockets of his trousers.
"Bob is here for food," he announced as he passed the threshold of the Atrium. Several people turned with confused looks, but Bob had already passed them and was now standing in line, trying to see around the rather jiggly posterior of the woman in front of him.
