Once they reached the holodeck Robin was glad to find that no one was in there. He had the bad luck of people already being in there but then, he had much much worse luck when it came to holodecks. He wondered just how seen he would see Millie in sickbay.
Time to find out.
Robin thought a moment, recollecting what little knowledge he had of whales and began a quick program. It would contain all known whales ranging from gender, age and size and each type of whale would have its own 'section'.
After the computer had registered all the information Robin initiated the program and the doors opened. He smiled at Tiria and walked in, they were standing on a small island with a large cabana like building, a place for refreshments and questions about the place.
To right was a sort of parking area with many different types of shuttles and tables which had pilots sat around playing poker and betting with sea shells.
"We're gonna be looking at the whales from the air," Robin made to go to one of the shuttles but paused to add, "I hope you don't get airsick." And with a wink made his way swiftly to one of the shuttles.
One of the pilots around the table made a motion to get up but Robin raised a hand, the pilot sat back down, a glum look on his face muttering something along the lines of, "Kids these days, they think they can all fly..."
Robin stepped up the ramp of one of the type 11 shuttles that had been modified with a small area on the floor which was completely transparent. A ways to look directly bird-eyed at the whales. The shuttle also came with two emergency doors, one on each side of the shuttle that doubled as sight seeing windows.
Robin sat down in the helmsman chair and turned in it to face Tiria with a grin, "Welcome to Star Airlines... I hope you enjoy your flight." Robin then reached over and without looking started up the shuttle, closing the rear hatch simultaneously.
"So what type of whale do you want to see first?" He asked.
