"Did he now,"
Robin had to restrain the urge to let out a deep breath at that. They were going to be talking about it later weren't they? He was relieved when the topic zeroed in on the more impressing matters at hand.
"Do you think he lied,"
He was quick to shake his head on that and explain the monitoring devices leading to Kinin's not so bright response but a realistic poignant one about confessions on the deathbed. He briefly recalled Lenox Hospital and how he had been lead to believe she was dead and the conflicted feelings that had arose from what he felt were his final moments with her.
Still, Robin shook his head again, "I don't think that's the case." Was his simple answer before Alyssa chimed in with her own thought process after Kinin asked about the nanites.
"I didn't think to ask those questions," Robin answered sadly, "But there were other questions on my mind at the time, I'm no interrogator." He added with a troubled frown. Still, Alyssa raised a very dangerous point he hadn't really considered except for the presence of people here undermining Hunter's story.
"I'm pretty sure someone on this ship took the nanites. I have no evidence, just... I believe Hunter that he knows they were there and then they're not there. Maybe re-planted somewhere else." He said with a shrug.
There was obviously more, a lot more but Robin didn't want to rush through the details in case they picked up on something he didn't but laying the ground work didn't hurt.
"Hunter mentioned..." He gave Kinin a concerned look, "being ordered by Stetson Griffin but he was told to say that. Landeck is the one who ordered him and he speculates that Landeck was in turn ordered by others."
