Hunter appeared through the doors of Sickbay. Though he didn't want to admit it, carrying Georgia through the halls from the cargo bay had put a strain on his back. "Here we are, safe and sound," he said as he lowered Georgia onto an empty biobed.
Looking around, he said, "Excuse-" but a medic brushed past and out of the department. "What's going on," Hunter grunted in annoyance. He saw Kane talking to that new guy from engineering, and there was another stranger sitting around. Bajoran. Another one? Hunter was beginning to feel like a minority. He smiled down at Georgia and kissed her on the forehead gently. "I'll see if I can find some help."
Just then, Gorbin-Tynis walked in, looking rather confused at the crowd. "I thought the red alert was over," the Grazerite uttered. He took a quick survey of the room and decided Georgia was the most pressing of cases. The woman pounding at the window in the Isolation Room obviously was healthy enough to be cranky. She could wait.
"She hit her head," Hunter offered as the man approached Georgia. "And she had a foreign object in her palm."
"Can she speak for herself," Gorbin-Tynis asked.
Hunter smirked, but took the hint. "I'm going to get a soda," he said. "I'll be right back." He walked over to the replicator and produced what he wanted, then lurked on the outskirts of the activity, staying out of the way and letting Georgia get treated on her own. He was still sore at her. Rubbing his back, he leaned against the wall and sipped the cool soda.
