"Give him time,"
"Commander.. I was not aware of your presense." Seeing the redness in her cheeks and the stress in her eyes he knew straight off the bat that she had been crying. However, having learned from previous experience that sometimes people just didn't want to talk about what was upsetting them - he said nothing of it. It appeared that she had been down on the planet as well - her physique having taken some strain due to the slight inversion in her posture. Perhaps, if she herself had suffered at the hand of the Salorri, dealing with the troubles of others wasn't the best idea.
Sensing that she wanted to speak with Robin alone, he turned to head for the replicator.
"Doctor," she said. "I think he's choking."
Swivelling on the spot, he looked to Morgan then processed what she was saying. He looked to the reclined pilot and saw him convulsing somewhat. Springing into action, he made several pinpoint strikes to Robin's chest, neck and one final swipe to his back - bringing the blockage out of the man's throat and onto the bedsheet. It was all over in a mere moment as Yaxley moved with dextrous speed. Giving him three taps on the back to console him, he removed the offending object with a tissue and removed it from sight.
"Try chewing, Lieutenant." He commented bluntly. Yaxley had observed extreme eagerness in the starved before - resulting in the same outcome. When one is drained of sustenance - one can forget the most trivial things; such as how to chew. He then insisted the glass of water apon to the man to clear out anything that might've been left behind.
"Commander," he turned his attention to the counselor. "May I speak with you a moment?"
