"In my experience, when they have muscles like that, other parts of their anatomy are shriveled beyond belief. Trust me, you can do better."
Contessa giggled, tickled by the naughty nature of Hudson's observation. "I'm not trying to marry him, just convince him to do a little extra heavy lifting." Or any other extra work that would open up a little extra spare time.
"Cadet Campbell to Commandant Griffon. Cadet Burke and I are stuck on the Talon. We have been instructed to remain where we are until the crisis is over."
Hudson handled the Commandant, thank goodness for that. Speaking to a man like that wasn't something Contessa was ready for yet.
"Security cadets are notoriously high strung. Most don't make the cut. If you want Security, better to wait until after they graduated."
"Like Haywood," she giggled, still smitten.
"...Oooo, look at this one! Keith Delgado. I think I remember him. Was he the one who rode that wild boar through the Spring Fling, injuring Professor Arctan?"
"Yes, among other peculiar things. He's handsome but too strange for me, you can have him since you two will be close," the woman suggested gladly.
Before the cadet could make more bawdy suggestions Lieutenant Commander Jenison's voice flooded the corridor.
"A contagion? Disgusting," Contessa frowned. Suddenly the adventure on board took a gross turn, her fair skin feeling very dirty all of a sudden. Suddenly befriending Keith sounded a little more lucrative than Arn even if he was the boar riding type.
Standing up, Contessa took a cautious peer down the corridor in search for whatever floating disease that had caused the shut down finding a couple attached at the mouth next to one of the ship's interfaces. "Maybe we should look the other way, that computer is taken." No wonder her father had been led astray if this was what life was like on a ship far from home. A little fun seemed so innocent but this seemed to be a little farther than she was willing to go.
"I'll follow you," it made sense since Hudson knew the ship better, "and if anyone thinks their going to get fresh I'll keep them away." Arn could do better probably. "I can get quite sassy you know," she grinned.
