Whoever had pulled her onto this duty of ferrying Etimonians, she was going to kill. What was with the big rush for them all to get to the planet? She noticed that they were all wearing white, whilst she knew that it symbolized something important, she didn't know exactly what.
Not to mention, was it really that hard to have the computers guide these ghosts? A family passed her, and Taylor tried not to shiver at the sight of the white haired and clothed child. That just didn't look right to her, it was even just a little bit creepy. Just imagine an army of people dressed like this approaching your home, scary.
It didn't help that they all looked glum as a rock.
Taylor was beginning to feel a light strain in her arm, poised straight, directing the people down the T juncture of a corridor, where another security officer was posted at that corner as well. This was one time when Taylor didn't have that fire to do a great job, but she might as well do it well, what exactly that entailed she wasn't sure.
However her drive kicked in when she noticed one of the passing men glanced down at her holstered phaser. The idea of someone trying to take her weapon, it was enough to make her spine just a little bit straight, and her left arm ready to transition from a waving gesture for directing, and into a knock-out punch.
Whether fortunate or not, the man's gaze shifted as he moved along the corridor, but Taylor didn't relax her stance. A small part of her wanted some idiot to cause trouble, as long as she didn't get in trouble for it.
Any
