"I wasn't looking for me though. I was trying to distract Diran so I could have you to myself."
She giggled and gave him another of those coy smiles, feeling a flush of warmth that was nothing to do with the alcohol.
"Thanks, madam."
His wink was cute, and she couldn't do anything but grin stupidly back at him. What was she doing? Somehow, she found she didn't know, or care. Having fun, and wasn't that all that mattered tonight?
He grabbed her outstretched hand and pulled it towards him, kissing it lightly.
"Don't be long."
It was easy to let the momentum pull her towards him, and she landed softly against his chest with a gentle giggle.
"Mmmhmm, I won't," she replied, and leant forwards to brush her lips across his cheek again, lingering longer this time than she'd done before.
She pulled back, giving him another giggle and coy smile, before she let his hand go and made her way over to the bar.
Having few inhibitions was probably helpful in finding the front of the bar, as she thought little of squeezing between people to get to the bartender. There had to be some advantages to being small, after all. Georgie waved the token Adrian had given her in the general direction of the bar staff, and one of the women made her way down to where Georgie was stood.
"What can I get you?" The bartender's smile was friendly, and Georgie beamed back at her.
"Something... fun," she said, after a moment's thought. "Something different. I dunno. Four of something different."
The bartender looked over towards where Georgie had come from and gave her a knowing smile.
"Sure thing. Give me a minute." She disappeared under the bar for a moment or two then appeared again with a carton box. Opening the lid, it revealed four small shot-sized glasses, each with a dark brown liquid inside and a lid on the top. "Eoughi Satin," said the bartender. "They're shots, so just down them in one."
She winked at Georgie.
"Trust me," she said. Wide eyed, Georgie just nodded back.
"Thanks," she said, taking the box from her and making her way back over to the group again. As she got there, she gave them all a grin.
"I think she said they were..." she paused, but couldn't quite remember. "Satinooeys?" She shrugged. It didn't matter. "Anyway, you take one each, pop the lid off, then just... drink it." She picked up one shot then realised she was still holding the token. She frowned for a moment, then grinned, and tucked the coin neatly into her top, just visible poking out above the fabric. She winked at Adrian. "You can have that back later," she said, and giggled, unaware that she was probably making a terrible impression of herself.
"Everyone go together," she said, popping the lid off her drink. She looked down at it in its flimsy-looking cup, then up at Adrian again and licked her lips. "Here goes nothing, I guess." She grinned. "Cheers."
Throwing caution to the wind, she did as the bartender had said and threw the shot back into her mouth. The liquid was thick and slightly warm, and the first thing she was aware of was the intense chocolatey flavour. A moment later, the familiar burn of the alcohol hit her throat as she swallowed, and then, another moment and oh-
She closed her eyes as the overwhelmingly pleasureable sensation washed through her.
She lost herself for a moment in the wave of the sensual feeling, letting out a soft and slightly shaky breath.
Finally, she opened her eyes again, her now-darkened gaze finding Adrian's as she dropped the flimsy shot-cup to the floor, at once forgotten. She reached her hand up and placed it on his chest, her intense stare not leaving his eyes for a second. The rest of the room need not have existed; to Georgia, it didn't.
"I think we should dance now," she whispered.
